As a yoga instructor, I am constantly reminded of the profound connection between our physical practice and our emotional and mental well-being. This month at Vibe Yoga, we’re excited to explore these connections deeper by diving into Brené Brown’s transformative book, “Daring Greatly.” This book challenges us to embrace vulnerability as a strength and a path to wholehearted living—a message that resonates deeply with our yoga practice.

This concept aligns beautifully with our journey on the yoga mat.
